Message Therapy is a GREAT fit for you if you:
Are super busy or have a hectic schedule or fluctuating routine
Can’t find a therapist you “click with” near you (or they don’t understand what the problem is that you are presenting)
Are a student and would like a therapist that you can continue with after you are done with schooling or move to another part of the State
Aren’t able to spend 50 minutes at a session or don’t have the ability to be “alone” for a session in your home (you have roommates, are a single parent, etc.)
Message Therapy is NOT for you if you:
Are actively suicidal – please seek immediate in-person help if that’s you!
Are not “tech savvy” enough to comfortably navigate smartphone apps or video messaging platforms
